IV90274: JOBSTREAMS WITH AT + DAYS AND VALIDFROM NOT IN PLAN

Error description

• I have defined the following JobStreams :

  AT 0005 +1 DAYS

  Please, note that the second differs just for the validfrom.
  
  
  I have then extended the plan for 72 hours, starting from 14/10:
  
  ResetPlan  -scratch
  
  JnextPlan -from 10/14/2016 -for 7200
  
  
  result expected  should be to have a TESTJS instance for each
  day (14/10,15/10, 16/10)
  
  Instead the 15/10 is jumped:

  The issue has been reproduce on both TWS 8.x and 9.x

Problem summary

• The problem is that when the schedules have AT + (n) days time,
  and there is a sequence of schedules using VALID FROM/TO, if the
  plan is created from multiple days, including VALID FROM day,
  jobstreams are not scheduled in the days between VALIDFROM day
  and n.
  

Problem conclusion

• The apar will be fixed in TWS 9.3 fp4, TWS 9.4 fp2, TWS 9.2 fp4,
  TWS 9.1 fp3
