End Date cannot be keyboard access
Assessment: Positive.
This section is a GWT section embedded in the legacy form, no
accessibility support has been done in this calendar GWT code.

Problem summary

  • Need to put correct tabindex in HTML in order for keyboard
access to function properly.

Problem conclusion

  • An accessibility issue was fixed in the Tririga Application.
The Calendar section in the Contact Center Request page has
elements that can now be tabbed through. A screen reader would
also mention the elements were the focus is on. This is
targeted to the 2h2016 release.
