Local fix

Problem summary

  • Legacy document security prevents the download link from
appearing as an action, and if you do have access, the action
isn't visible if the parent is set to read only anyhow.

Problem conclusion

  • A new download button has been added to the print preview tab
of the Document record. This button is only available when the
    web property HONOR_DOCUMENT_PERMISSIONS_MODEL_FOR_DOWNLOAD is
set to false. The button color may be changed by importing
    styles for the following classes:
    NO_PREVIEW_DOWNLOAD_BUTTON_COLOR,
    NO_PREVIEW_DOWNLOAD_BUTTON_COLOR_PRESSED.
This is targeted to the 2h2016 release, as well as the 3.5.1.3
    and 3.4.2.5 fix packs.
