IV89586: DOC MGR 'DOWNLOAD' ICON IN IE DOES NOT WORK

Error description

  • In TRIRIGA 3.5.0.2, if you click the icon for downloading
folders through Document Manager, nothing happens. This same
issue does not exist in other browsers (e.g. Firefox) as no
downloads icons are present there.

Clicking the 'Download' button for downloading
folders works just fine.

Local fix

  • Download the folder in IE by clicking the 'Download'
button -- not by clicking the download icon.

Problem summary

  • As part of the Java Applet remediation, the link was removed
since there was no existing method to download a folder.

Problem conclusion

  • The download link for folders has been restored in document
manager. This is targeted to the 2h2016 mod release.
