Problem summary

  • The concurrent license agent was prevented from restarting
    because of stale data in the agent registry.
    

Problem conclusion

  • The concurrent license agent was not recording the license
    metric snapshot value because of stale data in agent registry.
    This is targeted to the 2h2016 mod release.
