Error description

• If you navigate to [HOME] => Tasks => 'Manage Tasks' => 'Work
  Task,' make an existing work tasks show, click the radio button
  next to one of them, and click 'Form' a window comes up that
  says 'Form' in the top left and 'Export' & 'Print' in the top
  right, but there is no content in the window itself - it is all
  white.  No form is displayed that can then be printed.
  
  If you open the record itself and go to the 'Reports' tab, you
  can see that forms exist and work to display the record.
  
  This issue was notoced in TRIRIGA 3.5.0.1.

Problem summary

• There is no GUI/Form ID being passed at the point in code, so
  no form link can be shown.
  

Problem conclusion

• Fixed an issue in the Manager Tasks - Work Task area of the
  Tririga Application. A user could not see the report for a
  given record after selecting it from from the results window
  and clicking on the Form action. This long standing issue has
  been fixed. Now, a report is render for any selected record.
  This is targeted to the 2h2016 mod release as well as the
  3.5.1.2 fix pack.
