APAR status

Error description

• When running a report you get a stack trace error in the front
  end telling the report does not exist or contain errors.
  There is no indication the rptdesign file is missing in this
  error, just a reference to a path to a file userfilesasd
  

Local fix

• no workaround
  

Problem summary

• The BIRT Engine is generating and throwing the stack in the
  response.  Need to wrap the response from BIRT and scan for
  exceptions and stack traces.
  

Problem conclusion

• The stack trace will no longer be shown. This is targeted to
  the 2h2016 release as well as the 3.5.1.2 fix pack.
