When clicking the "Save Quick Search" button in search window doesn't bring up the save window as expected.
Found there is a saved group/directory with ". In cutomer site, the saved group/directory name is: "software alarm" instead of software alarm Customer was given instruction to remove this saved group/directory for this to work.
