Error description

  • If you try to view the workflow triMoveRequest - Synchronous -
Revise Record workflow using Firefox, the workflow will now
display so you are unable to see the workflow.

Local fix

  • Use Chrome or Internet Explorer to view the workflow.

Problem summary

  • NS_FAILURE_ERROR exception is thrown in firefox in this case,
when workflow metadata hasn't been loaded properly.

Problem conclusion

  • An issue was resolved where the workflow "triMoveRequest -
Synchronous - Revise Record", located in triRequest >
triMoveRequest, would not load in Firefox. This is targeted to
the 2H2016 mod installer.
