Error description

• When closing a Window launched from a Navigation Portal based
  on "Prompt Before Query" report that did not have any filters
  in place the system automatically runs the query without any
  filters and returns all records.

Problem summary

• After reviewing this, it was decided that the 'X' cancel button
  has no state value. So, it shouldn't refresh any pages. Thus,
  the "X" button should emulate the browser window's close
  button.
  

Problem conclusion

• Fixed an issue with Prompt Before Queries in the Application.
  When a user clicks on the Add button of any Prompt Before Query
  section and immediately closes the prompted window, the query
  gets refreshed and run. Query results get displayed after the
  action was called. Now, after clicking on the X Tririga close
  button of any form, the calling window will not get refreshed
  unless other action buttons are clicked such as: "Save",
  "Create Draft", "Activate" and so on.  This is targeted to the
  2H2016 mod release.
