Need to test extension with insensitive case.
Problem conclusion
The web properties IMPORT_CONTENT_EXCLUDE_EXTENSIONS and IMPORT_CONTENT_INCLUDE_EXTENSIONS will now be honored regardless of the case that they are entered into TRIRIGAWEB.properties file. This is targeted to the 2H2016 mod release.
