Error description
A server crash can occur when multiple operators attempt to login at the same time to the Console while their user accounts are 'locked'. An account may be 'locked' for example because of multiple login attempts with an incorrect password or because of an expired password. Information about 'locked' accounts can be retrieved from the server_audit.log file.
