• WebSphere goes down when following conditions are met.
  1. have an alias (bit for alias set)
  2. the alias is not present (null)
  
  Environment:
  TWS: 8.6.0 + FP0003 on  RHEL 5.4

Problem summary

• When performing a submissions from DWC, in some scenario the DWC
  passes to the MDM a job that is declared to have an alias, but
  without providing an alias.
  This causes the MDM to crash, generating a javacore with a
  "Current Thread" MAE_AddScheduleInstance, and a native stack
  like
  strlento+0x56
  str_to_pac+0x6e
  MAEScheduleInstance_2_SS_RECTYPE+0xa7
  

Problem conclusion

• The APAR will be fixed in 8.6FP4, 9.1FP3, 9.2FP3, 9.3FP3
