Error description
Workflow template cleanup - is not working. Metadata analysis in admin Console. After clicked on "workflow Template Cleanup", showing the status as "In Progress". Even there is a error, the admin console still showing the status as "In Progress". Tririga Server Log Excerpt: Workflow cleanup and repair encountered problem and could not continue.

Problem summary
The logging portion of the cleanup was incorrectly parsing Windows path to the log file.
Problem conclusion
Resolved an issue where the Workflow Template Cleanup would fail to run on Windows Application Servers. This is targeted to the 2H2016 release.
