Error description

  • Workflow template cleanup - is not working.  Metadata analysis
    in admin Console.  After clicked on "workflow Template
    Cleanup", showing the status as "In Progress".  Even there is a
    error, the admin console still showing the status as "In
    Progress".
    
    Tririga Server Log Excerpt:
    Workflow cleanup and repair encountered problem and could not
    continue.

Problem summary

  • The logging portion of the cleanup was incorrectly parsing
    Windows path to the log file.
    

Problem conclusion

  • Resolved an issue where the Workflow Template Cleanup would
    fail to run on Windows Application Servers.  This is targeted
    to the 2H2016 release.
