**************************************************************** USERS AFFECTED: All applications using XMS.NET v2.1 and above Platforms affected: Windows **************************************************************** PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: Encoding value is always set as BIG ENDIAN irrespective of what value is set on the Destination.If XMSC.WMQ_ENCODING property is set to MQC.MQENC_DECIMAL_NORMAL,XMS.NET is considering it as BIG ENDIAN which is incorrect.
Problem conclusion
