Error description

• It appears that there is a race condition in the Admin Console.
  Development team indicates that this will be difficult to
  replicate, but they will clean up the code and unit test to
  insure it can't happen in a future release.
  

Local fix

• Restart of the Jboss server resolved the client issue.
  

Problem summary

• Multiple users checking on the database connection in the Admin
  Console could cause an error where the connection could show up
  as closed even though it is not.
  

Problem conclusion

• Resolved an issue where multiple users checking on the database
  connection in the Admin Console could cause an error where the
  connection could show up as closed even though it is not. This
  is targeted to the 1H2016 release.
