Error description

  • Exporting System Labels through Globalization Manager is
producing error messages in the server log and the System
Annotated xliff files are not being produced.

1)  Log in TRIRIGA Application;
2)  Create a navigation item;
3)  Add your nav item to a navigation collection;
4)  Export Label - System Labels, Full Export, Internal Values.
 Clear the Data check box.

ISSUE:  The LabelManager.log gets the following error
ERROR An error occurred while exporting labels of SYSTEMLABEL
to files.[MID-2904836062]

Problem summary

  • The system label export will  stalling
when an issue related to annotated navigation system label is
encountered.

Problem conclusion

  • The system label export will now be prevented from stalling
when an issue related to annotated navigation system label is
encountered. Issue will be logged and export process would
continue to generate files. This is targeted to the 1H2016
release as well as the 3.5.0.1 and 3.4.2.3 fix packs.
