APAR status

Error description

• Customer applied Korean Language Pack and set up profile to use
  Korean but the Document Manager interface still hade field
  labels and button labels in English.
  
  As an attemtped work-around the customer changed web_label
  table value (whole value) as like below
  order regardless of Language_id.
  
  (English lanuage ID is number 1 and Korean is 2063447 but
  customer
  didn't care and applied all records with label_value in
  english.)
  1.Run query Document Type / Clear / Submit label change
  
  UPDATE web_label SET label_value = 'document type' WHERE
  label_value
  = 'Document Type';
  
  Commit;
  
  2. Update result

  3. restarted WAS , deleted internet browser visit history ,
  Refresh all cache in Cache Manager of Admin Console
  
  4. registered new documnet at Document Management

• Workaround to update values in web_label table did not work.

• In check in and check out forms, actions and labels are now
  translated for non-US English languages. This is targeted to
  the 1H2016 mod release.
