Local fix

• -Xjit:disableLookahead
  

Problem summary

• The failure happens because the JIT compiler incorrectly adds
  the symbols from the callee method into the symbol table of the
  caller method. The JIT compiler crashes while accessing invalid
  parameter symbol which doesn't belong to the method being
  compiled.
  

Problem conclusion

• The JIT compiler has been fixed to prevent adding the callee
  methods' symbols into the caller methods' symbol table.
