  ERROR DESCRIPTION:
  
  While trying to do exclusive canonicalization on an input xml
  file, the canonicalized output is not expected. Some extra
  namespace node(with prefix "xml" is not removed.
  

Problem conclusion

• Problem in checking whether a node is visibly utilized. The fix
  corrects the problem in retrieving node prefix which causes the
  visibility check issue.
