Problem summary

• An incorrect check was being performed in the implementation of
  MemoryPoolMXBean.isCollectionUsageThresholdExceeded().
  

Problem conclusion

• The jvm has been updated to correct the implementation of
  MemoryPoolMXBean.isCollectionUsageThresholdExceeded(). also the
  implementation of MemoryPoolMXBean.isUsageThresholdExceeded()
  has been updated to prevent incorrect result for usageThreshold
  disabled case
  .
