APAR status

• Closed as fixed if next.

Error description

• If the 'Show Audit' check box in a form is selected, the
  action buttons at the top of the form work but the ones at the
  bottom do not.
  

Local fix

• At this time the only workaround to this problem is to uncheck
  the form's 'Show Audit' checkbox.
  

Problem summary

• When running a System Report on a Form that has the Audit Tab
  enabled, the Submit, Save and Save & Close buttons at the
  bottom of the form do not perform any actions.
  

Problem conclusion

• When running a System Report on a Form that has the Audit Tab
  enabled, the Submit, Save and Save & Close buttons at the
  bottom of the form do now perform  actions and the top and
  bottom action buttons work regardless
  of the Audit Tab being displayed.  This will be targeted to the
  1H2016 mod release.and the 3.4.2.6 fix pack.
