APAR status

• Closed as documentation error.

  indicates there should be a IWS93_UPGRADE_MDM_from851_UNIX.xml
  file for 8.5.1 to 9.3 upgrade.
  This does not mention that the file is only available with 9.3
  FP01 media. Nor does it mention that 8.5.1 to 9.3 direct
  upgrade is only supported going straight to 9.3 FP01.
  Please update document.
