Error description
In Community Reports, selecting the option to show 500 records causes an error to occur

No work around.
Problem summary
An invalid spec_id (-1) was stored in as the user who created the report, there was an actual record with the -1 spec_id, that pointed to a non My Profile record
Problem conclusion
Fixed an issue where user is not able to load 500 community reports in ReportManager. This is targeted to the 1h2016 release.
