Error description

• When attempting to import a job stream using datamigrate which
  contains a FOLLOWS PREVIOUS dependency on one of its jobs, the
  following error is encountered:

    AWSJOM137E The job stream "js=SERVER14#Y-JOBSTREAM1-TEST"
    contains a job with a dependency that would create the
    following looped dependency chain of jobs : "<job>".
  

Local fix

• Modify the datamigrate script and change the following line:
