Local fix

• Please invoke the JVM without the -Xint option
  

Problem summary

• The JVM may crash due to a segmentation fault if it was invoked
  with the -Xint option and the java code it is executing makes
  use of java/util/stream/IntPipeline.forEach
  

Problem conclusion

• The condition that caused the segmentation fault has been
  eliminated.
