Problem summary

• IPv6_supported() without return statement and iSeries don't
  support IP_TOS and os400.net.addrconfig.
  

Problem conclusion

• Adding return statement to IPv6_supported(), and process IP_TOS
  specially and delete codes related with os400.net.addrconfig in
  iSeries
  .
