APAR status

  • Closed as program error.

Error description

  • Steps per L3
    1)  Create a commtemplete - applies to any object but the
    customer tested on Workorder.
    
    2)  Make sure there are some bind variables in the message body
    ... like
    
    The owner is :owner
    
    Status is :status
    
    3) Go to the attachment folder and make sure "Send With
    Communication ? " is checked.
    
    4) You can attach a document to the commtemplate if you want
    and/or attach a doc on the workorder before routing the WF
    process. Either way make sure there is a doc attached.
    
    5) Save.
    
    6) Create a WF Process
    
    7) Customer has a sub-process involved in the scenario but I
    don't think that matters based on the logs.
    
    8) Create a Start ----- TASK ---- Stop workflow process.
    
    9) On the line between Start and Task set a Change Status
    action to APPR or anything and attach the commtemplate created
    earlier.
    
    Save/enable WF process.
    
    Go to the work order app.
    
    Create a WO
    
    Attach a doc
    
    route it,
