IV78947: WEBSPHERE MQ DMPMQCFG COMMAND DOES NOT RETURN ANY ERROR MESSAGES OR ERROR CODES

APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• When dmpmqcfg is run and it fails you get no error message to
  standard error and the return code from the program is zero
  (just as if it was successful).  For example When you run
  dmpmqcfg and the SYSTEM.ADMIN.COMMAND.QUEUE is
  PUT(DISABLED), you get no error message to standard error and
  the return code from the program is zero.

  This problem occurred because the return code was not set
  correctly when the program encountered an error.
  

Problem conclusion

• dmpmqcfg has been modified to return an error code in case of
  any failure and also to write a footer when dmpmqcfg is
  successful.
