Error description

• Error Message: An UnsatisfiedLinkError is thrown with the JDK
  for Linux on PPC64(little endian) when either a GPU or the CUDA
  library is unavailable.

  This exception is thrown with the -Dcom.ibm.gpu.disable option
  as well.
  

Local fix

Problem summary

• GPU related classes do not handle UnsatisfiedLinkError
  instances, passing them to the calling methods.
  

Problem conclusion

• The Java 7 class library has been updated to handle the
  UnsatisfiedLinkError.
