Problem summary

• java.io.IOException while creating a temporary file with the API
  File.generateFile() with prefix as ?/foo? on Java6. Refer to
  OpenJDK Bug JDK-8025128.
  

Problem conclusion

• With the fix API File.generateFile() called with prefix '/foo'
  creates a file in the current directory with base name as 'foo'.
