  This is a very rare failure that can only happen in a very small
  time window.
  

Local fix

Problem summary

• The problem is caused by a race condition between compilation
  threads of the JIT compiler in the following scenario: One JIT
  compilation thread enters into a code path assuming a method is
  NOT unloaded based on its previous read from a data structure
  describing if the method is unloaded or not. However, another
  JIT compilation thread changes the method status to be unloaded
  and causes the first compilation thread to crash.
  

Problem conclusion

• The JIT compiler has been updated to keep the data structure
  describing if the method is unloaded or not consistent after the
  first compilation thread reads from the data structure.
