IV78106: TRIRIGA PRINT FROM FORMS CAN RESULT IN SCROLL BARS APPEARING ON THE PRINTED OUTPUT

Error description

• Form print functionality for forms which contain multiple
  records in a section can result in a scroll bar on the print
  preview which will come out on the printed page if the user
  does not resize the page and/or adjust the printing options for
  their printer. In previous releases, the application
  automatically expanded sections in the print preview
  eliminating the problem.
  

Local fix

• Users need to adjust the print results and/or printer settings
  in order to get a printout that does NOT contain scroll bars.
  

Problem summary

• Found issue with printing forms generated pages to get cut off.
  This would cause data layout issues
  

Problem conclusion

• The Alternate Print form needs to be used.  This form should be
  laid out in such a way that data will be displayed on a
  standard sheet of paper. This alternate form is up to the
  customer to define how they want to lay out their data, with
  print preview and page constraints in mind.  Wide sections will
  cut off, so design the form accordingly with a smaller set of
  data.
