Local fix

Problem summary

• The problem is caused when JIT compiled code does
  instanceof(<OSB>Ljava/lang/Object;) test. It checks the leaf
  component of the array (if the leaf component is of primitive
  type, the test will fail), but it should check the entry type.
  As a result, a 2-D (or higher dimension) primitive array will
  fail the test but in fact it should pass, which can cause
  unexpected behaviour.
  

Problem conclusion

• The JIT compiler has been updated to properly check the entry
  type instead of the leaf component in this case.
