Problem summary

• The problem was caused by porting Java 8's implementation to
  Java 5-7.
  

Problem conclusion

• Fixed the problem by keeping Java 5-7's original implementation.
  The corresponding Austin defect is 116812.
  The corresponding Hursley defect is 201846.
  The corresponding RTC Problem Report is 97108.
  Platform affected: All platforms.
  JVMs affected: 5.0, 6.0, 6.26, 7.0, and 7.27.
  Jars affected: ibmjgssprovider.jar.
