  Incorrect transformation of Arabic Tail character when
  performing Bidi transformation from visual format to implicit
  format on a text that contains Arabic Seen family character in
  base form (06 range) followed by Tail character.
  

Local fix

Problem summary

• When the JDBC Connectivity driver converts the Sen Family
  character to its base form, it causes the Tail character
  (\u200b) to not be transformed to space correctly when
  performing Bidi transformation from visual to implicit format.
  The Tail character should be proceeded by Sen Family character
  in shaped form (FE range) to be converted to space correctly by
  the Bidi transformation algorithm.
  

Problem conclusion

• JDK is updated to handle the Tail character correctly when it is
  proceeded by Sen Family character in its base form when
  converting from visual to implicit format
  .
  This APAR will be fixed in the following Java Releases:
