IV77018: 7507 SELECT GROUPS AND SELECT CONDITIONS BUTTONS DO NOT WORK IN APP DESIGNER

APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• The Select Groups and Select Conditions buttons to not display
  their respective value lists when clicked. Only an empty
  dialog. Using the New Row buttons works as expected.
  
  To Reproduce:
  1) Login to Maximo as wilson and open the App Designer.
  2) Open the record for the Assets application and click on the
  main Asset tab to bring it into focus.
  3) Select the Asset field and bring up its control properties
     - the control properties dialog for the Asset field pops
  4) Click on the Advanced tab, then click on the button for
  Configure Conditional Properties
     - the dialog pops as expected
  5) In the Signature Option field, enter READ and tab out
  6) Click on the Select Groups button
     - the dialog pops, but no security groups are shown.
  
  Same with clicking on the Select Conditions button. The dialog
  pops, but is not populated.
  
  If you use the New Row button, and bring up the value list for
  security groups, the value list is correctly populated.
