• Last block of data is not processed when using DIRECT ByteBuffer
  and ByteBuffer.remaining is 0 when calling Cipher.doFinal()
  
  ERROR DESCRIPTION:
  When using direct input and output ByteBuffer to perform
  encryption/decryption, the actual amount of encrypted/decrypted
  data returned is not the same as the expected amount.

• The fix is to process the buffered data even if
  ByteBuffer.remaining is 0 when calling Cipher.doFinal()
