Problem >>>>

TDWC and conman display the wrong "Scheduled Time". It is show 2
hours early i.e. GMT time.

This problem ONLY happens when you submit a Job Stream into the
plan from the DWC > Workload Design > Manage Workload
Definitions

Submission from conman and other DWC areas is ok.
