Problem conclusion
Update Alcatel5620SamSoapCollector and Alcatel5620SamSoapFindToFile to download LLDP neighbour data for Non-Alcatel Lucent SAM 5620 Managed Elements from Alcatel Lucent SAM 5620 EMS.
