Error description

• After APAR IV11271 the StackedSwitchContainer creates entities
  with EntityType=1 ( chassis ) instead of the correct type.

  The stacked switch was been defined as a Chassis (entityType=1)
  which was wrong.
  This wrong entity type resulted in DLA exporting an entity that
  it shouldn't.
  

Problem conclusion

• In StackedSwitchContainer.stch, the stacked switch should be
  defined as daughter cards (entityType = 8).
  With the fix, the entity type is correct and DLA no longer
  export it as a Chassis.
