Problem summary

• The entries for GMT+0 and GMT-0 (which are valid Operating
  System  time zone) is missing from tzmapping file. Hence JDK
  display the time zone in the format of   GMT+offset instead of
  the standard time zone

• The JDK has been updated to include missing entries.
