Error description
The Customer is using telnet with the eci_eNM probe. Currently when the probe is shutdown, the ChatoutString is not being sent. The result of this is that a zombie telnet process is left on the customer system.
Local fix
The workaround is to manually take down the zombie telnet process. There is no workaround for the ChatoutString not being sent.
