IV71555: SR SYNONYM VALUES FOR DIFFERENT ORG/SITES ARE NOT VALIDATED CORRECTLY

APAR status

Error description

• After creating synonym values in the SRSTATUS synonym domain
  using ORG and Siteid values to differentiate which default
  status users will automatically see on the creation of new
  service requests, users logged in to the application under
  specific organizations and sites, and creating a new service
  request are receiving the wrong default status values.
  
  The cause is that the SR object is not an Org/Site object,
  rather it is a system object, so the value that should be
  returned is the default NEW value without Org/Site being
  evaluated at all.  Since SR is a system object, it will not
  validate the domain values based on Org/Site and will select
  the synonym domain value based on the order in which they are
  returned from the select statement.
