Error description

• Enter Meterreading ACM not possible when changing local
  
  Assetmeter not filled correct when locale is changed
  and meterreading > 1000 entered in direct tab
  ( caused by local depending separator)

  1. Create Asset with new asset assemblies, locale is set to de
  Enter initial reading
  
  2.Enter meter reading (value > 1000) in direct TAB  (1. Line)
  
  3. Set  locale to ru_RU
  
  4. Login once more to change locale setting
  
  5.Open Asset (CM) / View
  
  6.Enter meter reading (value > 1000) in direct tab again (2
  line)
  
  Summary is correct
  
  7. Change locale setting to de and login again
  Try to enter meter reading in direct:
  
  It is not possible to save meterreading because of Russian
  thousand separator in assetmeter
  
  BMXAA7095E - The entered value 1 300 is not valid. Enter a valid
  decimal value
