APAR status
Closed as program error.
Error description
The issue is that launching a script fails but when a parameter is added, it succeeds. Conditions: 1. streamlogon user can access the script file. 2. TWS admin user can not access the script file. Environment: FTA: TWS8.6.0 + FP0003 on Windows 2012 For example: Bad case: SCRIPTNAME "C:\Bat\test.bat" OK case: SCRIPTNAME "C:\Bin\Bat\test.bat 1"
Local fix
Add a dummy parameter as in OK case.
Problem summary
jobmon process check the existence of the script to launch before spawning it. When the check is performed jobmon is running as tes user, so if the check is conditioned to capabilities of tws user to access the path of the script.
Problem conclusion
The apar will be fixed in TWS 8.6 fp04, TWS 9.1 fp03, TWS 9.2 fp02
