  Problem Description: 'Long Running Transaction Per Sec'
  attribute of Database Detail attribute group showing wrong value
  on portal
  
  Following is the reasons for showing wrong value for the
  attribute.
  
   1. 'Long Running Transaction Time Per Sec' attribute showing
  wrong value on portal because
      while sending data to ITM this attribute value wrongly get
  divided by 100.
  
  Impact: Due to this problem situation in customer's enviornment
  is not triggering.
  
  Detailed Re-creation Procedure:
  1. Run the long running query at Management Studio.
  2. Request for Database Detail attribute group from portal and
  check value of 'Long Running Transaction Per Sec' attribute.
