  opened (JVMPORT015E Unable to resolve shared library references
  - a prerequisite shared library may be missing)

Local fix

• Download and install the latest Microsoft Visual C++ 2010
  Redistributable Package, which includes the dlls. It may be
  necessary to modify the PATH environment variable in order to
  include the folder that contains the dlls.
  

Problem summary

• Health Center 3.0 depends on msvcp100.dll and msvcr100.dll in
  order to run on Windows.
  

Problem conclusion

• msvcp100.dll and msvcr100.dll are included with the JVM
  installation package.
