Error description
When trying to launch in context to the IBM SCALA product, the launch fails due to incorrect URL encoding. This problem only happens on TEP clients that run on the linux platform.
Local fix
Problem summary
Tivoli Portal SCALA integration does not work when client running on Linux. When the Tivoli portal client runs on a Linux desktop, the launch into IBM SmartCloud Analytics Log Analysis (SCALA) does not work.
Problem conclusion
Fixed the URI the Tivoli Portal client creates when launching into SCALA. The fix for this APAR is contained in the following maintenance packages: | fix pack | 6.3.0-TIV-ITM-FP0005
