• On AIX when installing a FP on top of 3.9 GA release(build 32)
  or
  refresh pack(build 71), there is a UUID mismatch between the
  GA and refresh pack releases that results in the ncp packages
  not having their build level updated to the FP level in DE.

Problem conclusion

• Fixpacks steps was not using the correct UUID in some of the
  steps. his was because the wrong platform type was used in the
  control files.
